Important Notice: Resident and Family Portal Retirement

Dear Residents and Families,

We would like to inform you that the Resident and Family Portal will be retiring effective August 31, 2026.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance communication and engagement, we have transitioned to using the Engage+ Health Bulletin Board by Evoke Health as our primary platform for sharing updates, announcements, events, and important information.

If you are a current family member and have not yet registered for Engage+, we encourage you to sign up before August 31, 2026, to ensure continued access to important communications and updates from The Pines.

Should you require assistance with registering for Engage+, please contact the home and a member of our team will be happy to help.

Spruce – General visitors are welcome at this time. There are currently no active outbreaks.

Cedar – General visitors are welcome at this time. There are currently no active outbreaks.
