  • Outbreaks Update and Some Declared Over

    The Facility wide outbreak has been declared over with the exception of the OAK home area, as of March 22, 2023. The COVID outbreaks for Oak, Cedar, and Spruce have been declared over at this time as well.

    Family members of those affected residents have been notified. We will continue to provide updates as we work through the outbreaks. Masks must remain on in the resident's rooms at this time and N95 masks and eye protection are highly recommended in the affected home areas.

    No General Visitors to the Oak home Area at this time. Essential Caregivers may visit a maximum of two (2) at a time.

    • Oak Home Area: Currently two (2) residents with respiratory symptoms, and three (3) residents with COVID-19 symptoms.

    • Spruce remains in a COVID-19 Outbreak.

    • Cedar remains in Respiratory and COVID-19 outbreaks.

    • All individuals are to be masked throughout the home in common areas.
    • Mandatory N95 masks and Eye protection at all times on Cedar, Oak, and Spruce.
    • Residents in affected areas avoid group activities.

    CARF International is a private, nonprofit organization.

    CARF develops and maintains current, field-driven standards that improve the value and responsiveness of the programs and services delivered to people needing life-enhancement services.

    Our Home is currently Accredited but is set to expire on May 31, 2023. Therefore, we will go through this process in the spring to ensure that our home meets and exceeds industry standards.

    Our Home has received our assessment dates: April 27, and 28th, 2023. This assessment will be virtually related to the Pandemic and potential outbreaks.
