Transition from The Pines Resident and Family Portal

We would like to inform you that The Pines Resident and Family Portal will be discontinued effective August 31, 2026.

We are transitioning to Engage+ by Evoke Health, which will serve as our primary platform for sharing information, updates, and communication with families. Family members who currently access information through the Portal will be able to find the same important information within the Engage+ by Evoke Health app.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who has utilized the Resident and Family Portal over the years. Your engagement and participation have helped us strengthen communication and stay connected with our residents’ loved ones.

As we move forward, we encourage all family members to transition to the Engage+ by Evoke Health app to continue receiving updates and accessing important information. We believe this new platform will provide an enhanced and more streamlined experience for families.
