March 30, 2026 - Oak Home Area Outbreak Declared Over
In collaboration with Public Health, the Oak Home Area Respiratory Outbreak has been declared over. Currently, three (3) residents remain symptomatic with coughing, congestion, and/or a runny nose. Those residents remain isolated at this time. Families have been notified, and test results have been received, and four (4) residents have tested positive for COVID. Please follow the signage on the resident's door if you are to visit. General Visitors are welcome at this time.
