Day of National Truth and Reconciliation

September 30th – National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. A day to recognize the history and ongoing impacts of the residential school system in Canada, and honour the survivors and their relatives. Also known as Orange Shirt Day, employing the Every Child Matters slogan to acknowledge the missing and murdered children who didn’t survive residential schools. A day to reflect on how to meaningfully move our country away from colonialism and towards Truth and Reconciliation.

Our team will be participating in this important event.
