Nutrition Month 2026 continues with the 2025 theme: Nourish to Flourish—a reminder of the powerful connection between what we eat and how we feel. This year, we continue to emphasize how nutritious food supports overall well‑being and helps us thrive in all areas of life.


Throughout March, look forward to tips, recipes, and reflections that showcase the many ways nutrition helps us flourish. With grocery costs continuing to rise, Registered Dietitians are increasingly encouraging people to explore more plant‑based meals. These dishes are often budget‑friendly, full of flavour, and packed with nutrients.
