Jeff Lehman addresses the most commonly asked questions for the Housing Faster Building Better project. Factory-built housing won’t replace local workers. Approximately 70% of each project will still rely on local contractors, builders and trades. The proposed facility is also expected to create 20 to 30 new jobs in Muskoka. By producing components locally, we can build non-market housing faster and more reliably while creating more opportunities for site preparation, assembly and finishing work. Our goal is simple: more homes and more local opportunities. Complete our short survey and share your thoughts: https://Online-forms.muskoka.on.ca/Housing/Housing-Faster-Survey
