Alternate Servicing Study - Scope of Work

The District of Muskoka recognizes the removal of bin sites involves a service level change that may require additional facilities or waste collection alternatives to be implemented.
There are (11) high priority bin site locations that must be removed at the direction of the MECP in 2020, due to the close proximity to water and/or environmental risks that are associated with their locations.
The District received support from EPW Committee in December, 2019 to move forward with an Alternate Servicing Study to review the impacted communities, through a spring/summer 2020 consultation process.
