November 2026 Updates

Work planned week of November 2 to November 6

• The contractor will continue installing sidewalk and concrete curb in the remaining sections of the project.
• The contractor will complete fine grading of the roadway and begin asphalt paving operations.

Work completed week of October 26 to October 30

• Contractor poured concrete curb and sidewalk throughout project limits.

Community impacts

• Pedestrians are asked to please follow the signage through the site as the contractor is pouring sidewalks.
• We thank residents, businesses and the travelling public for their continued patience as we complete the work on Bay Street.
