April 8, 2026 Update:
Plans for the 2026 construction season are under way and we'll be able to share details in the coming weeks.

April 15, 2026 Update:
The contractor will begin setting up the site in mid-May, once half-load restrictions have been lifted, with construction work to begin in June for Phase 4.

April 21, 2026 Update:
On April 20, staff hand-delivered a notice requesting access to properties in the Phase 4 work zone to confirm sewer service connections.
