Construction Update

Thank you to everyone who came to our Construction Café on June 3.

Work is moving ahead at 575 First Street South and the contractor is scheduled to begin setting up the site as early as the week of Monday, June 29.

Residents in the area can expect to see construction fencing go up and excavation equipment arrive at the site. After the digging work is finished, construction of the housing units will begin.

While this work takes place, periodic construction noise, contractor vehicles, the moving of equipment and deliveries throughout the day can be expected. Traffic control and site safety measures will be in place as required throughout construction.

We recognize construction can be disruptive and thank you for your patience as we move this important project forward.
