September 2024 - Committee Decision on OPA 61

On September 24, 2026, the District Joint Community and Planning Services and Health Services Committee, amended Resolution R75/2026-CPS with R76/2026-CPS, to modify OPA 61 by removing the flood hazard policy amendments as well as Schedule E3a through E3f and Appendix E, and approve OPA 61 as modified.

Further direction was provided to staff to review the flooding hazard policies following the 2027 spring freshet.

District Council will consider this resolution for ratification on October 19, 2026.
