June 2026 Update: OPA 61 Component 3 (Environmental Resiliency) Public Consultation Outcomes and Recommendations

District staff would like to advise that, following public consultation efforts, a report has been prepared regarding Official Plan Amendment 61: the Five-Year Comprehensive Muskoka Official Plan Review, specifically Component 3 (Environmental Resiliency).

The report provides Committee with additional information, revisions made in response to comments received and a recommendation for how to proceed with the proposed amendments related to Component 3 and will be considered by the Joint Community and Planning Services and Health Services Committee at its meeting on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
