We are looking for non-profit and private sector partnerships.

Are you planning to undertake a new rental housing development in Muskoka? Do you have a shovel ready project? Are you interested in providing some affordable rental units through this project? If so, our team would like to connect with you!
Funding of up to $1.5 million is available for the development and creation of a new affordable rental units. Funding up to $80,000 per unit is available.

Please note this is subject to funding availability.
