Work planned week of July 6 to July 10
- Contractor will finish setup and testing of temporary sanitary bypass system.
- Excavation at the north limit of the project will begin for new maintenance hole installation.
- Work will begin to replace existing sanitary sewer pipes using trenchless methods.
Work completed week of June 29 to July 3
- Multiple businesses were successfully connected to the temporary water system following approved water‑quality testing.
- Crews began installing the temporary bypass system required ahead of upcoming sewer work.
- Dust control, site fencing, pedestrian access improvements, and pothole repairs were completed to maintain safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians through the construction zone.
Community impacts
- Businesses in the construction zone remain open and fully accessible to customers.
- One lane remains open in each direction. Drivers should expect delays and plan for additional travel time.
- Traffic conditions are being monitored and adjustments made as needed.
