Welcome to the Annual Resident & Family Engagement Survey

At Fairvern, we are committed to continuously enhancing the quality of life and care for our residents. Your voice matters.

This annual survey is an important opportunity for residents—and family members or caregivers completing it on their behalf—to share honest feedback about their experiences, preferences, and suggestions. The insights we gather directly inform improvements to our services, programs, and overall environment.

Whether you’re a resident or a family members or caregivers advocating on their behalf, your input helps us create a more responsive, respectful, and enriching long-term care experience.
