Fairvern’s COVID outbreak has been declared over by Public Health. Thank you for your patience and support during this respiratory season.

We are reminding visitors of the importance of always completing hand hygiene and following Infection Protocols and continue to ask that if you are feeling unwell, please refrain from visiting. We are continuing to wear mask in all resident areas. You can find a mask at the entrances of the home and through-out, please reach out to a staff member if you are unable to locate one.
