Personal information may be collected through this survey under the authority of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 1990 and the Municipal Act, 2001 to gather feedback for the District of Muskoka’s Transportation Master Plan.  

This survey is anonymous and does not ask for information that directly identifies you. Please do not include personal information in open-ended responses. Responses will be combined and used to improve the District's Transportation Master Plan. Any personal information provided will be used only for this purpose and protected in accordance with applicable legislation.
