The District would like to get your input for the Transportation Master Plan (TMP). This survey takes approximately 3 – 5 minutes.

Draft Vision Statement and Objectives

A “Vision Statement” is a statement of a Transportation Master Plan’s (“TMP”) aspirations that broadly articulates the desired future state of the transportation system in the District Municipality of Muskoka (“District”). The project team has drafted the Vision Statement below.

“The District Municipality of Muskoka’s transportation system will be safe, accessible, and support multiple transportation modes while accommodating the diverse needs and growth of the community. The transportation network will promote a vibrant economy and connect all small-town, rural and waterfront communities while maintaining the character of the District Municipality of Muskoka region.”

TMP Guiding Principles are intended to guide the development of the transportation system to achieve the Vision. As part of the TMP process, the guiding principles are intended to short list a long list of solutions. How important are each of the following objectives?
