How to participate

The District is looking to understand the user experience of our Lakeside Waste Collection program. As the bin site transition approaches completion this year, Lakeside Waste Collection will move to a more standard, operational service. This feedback will be helpful in determining how we manage the program in future years.

Personal information is being collected pursuant to Section 28 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and will be used for the purpose of garnering public input into the Solid Waste Master Plan and to respond to inquiries regarding this process. Comments and input provided may form part of the project documentation and therefore be subject to disclosure pursuant to MFIPPA or other applicable legislation.
